Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsps garlic
  • 3 tbsps vegetable oil
  • 3 tsps or 1 packet mustard
  • 3 dashes salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper

Directions

  • Cut the chicken breast in half, to get 4 portions, cover it with the yellow mustard and pepper.
  • Cut the garlic into little cubes.
  • Pre-heat the pan with the oil and add the garlic.
  • Next add the chicken breast and cook until a nice little brown color on both sides (be careful with the temperature to not burn the garlic).
  • Add the sour cream and cook on low temperature for 10 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy.
