Ingredients

  • 1 large patty chicken
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsps salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 5 cloves garlic

Directions

  • Chop the garlic cloves into very tinny cubes.
  • Pre-heat the olive oil in a pan, after it reaches high, add the chopped garlic.
  • Salt and pepper the chicken pieces and add to the pan.
  • Fry on both sides until turns a nice brown color, decrease temperature and cover, cook for 25 minutes.
  • To serve, cover with 2 tablespoons of the garlic olive oil sauce, enjoy.
