Ingredients

  • 16 oz boneless chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsps sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp green onions
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a baggie except the chicken breasts.
  • Shake and mix all the dressing and then add chicken breasts.
  • Let marinate in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  • Cook for about 40 minutes in 350 °F (175 °C) oven until chicken is golden and sticky.
