  • 24 oz boneless cod
  • 2/3 cup skim milk
  • 2/3 cup white flour
  • 1 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup margarine

Directions

  • Cut fish in 3" x 1"pieces.
  • Dip in milk, then in flour, and again in milk.
  • Make crumbs with remaining ingredients.
  • Sip in crumbs. Place on sprayed cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 450° F (220° C) for 10-12 minutes.
