  • 1/2 lb tilapia
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 lime yields lime juice

Directions

  • Preheat oven 450 °F (230 °C).
  • Rinse and pat fish dry (paper towel). Sprinkle with seasoning of choice.
  • Bake in oven for approximately 5 minutes. In the meantime, mix lime juice with olive oil.
  • Drizzle the lime/oil mixture over fish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Put under broiler for 2 minutes or until top of fish starts to brown.
  • Serve immediately.
