Ingredients

  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 dash salt
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes
  • 1 oz white wine
  • 2 lbs tilapia

Directions

  • Pour two cups apple juice into a large bowl.
  • Squeeze canned tomatoes until almost dry; add to bowl.
  • Add wine (optional).
  • Add tilapia.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Allow to marinate.
  • Bake in oven on 375 °F (190 °C) or grill until fish is white and flaky.
