  • 1 cup italian tomatoes, diced
  • 1 unit chicken breast
  • 2 oz whole wheat pasta
  • 1 lemon wedges
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning

Directions

  • Grill thawed boneless chicken breast in a non-stick pan with fat-free cooking spray.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning on the top and bottom of the breast. Let cook until golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, boil whole wheat pasta till al dente.
  • Slice lemon wedges and place in a small bowl.
