- 1 large tortilla
- 2 oz mozzarella cheese (whole milk)
- 3/4 cup pieces or slices mushrooms
- 2 tbsps grated dry cheddar or american type cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced red sweet pepper
- 8 leaves basil
- 2 fl oz pizza sauce
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 390ºF.
- Place the tortilla on a baking tray and evenly spread the pizza sauce over the tortilla.
- Sprinkle the vegetable toppings over the pizza, followed by the sliced or grated mozzarella and grated cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
