  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup reduced-calorie pancake syrup

Directions

  • In a large zip-close plastic bag combine syrup and spices.
  • Add tenderloins to plastic bag, squeeze out air and seal the bag.
  • Let marinate in refrigerator at least two hours but preferably overnight, turning bag occasionally.
  • Preheat broiler. Place tenderloins on roasting pan and cover with marinade.
  • Broil until pork reaches an internal temperature of 160 °F (70 °C). About 7 minutes per side.
  • Yields about 4 oz of meat per serving.
