Slow Cooker Barbecued Ribs

  • 1 1/3 cups barbecue sauce
  • 3 1/2 lbs boneless country style pork loin ribs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2/3 cup sugar free jam

Directions

  • Spray 6-8 qt slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place ribs, sliced onion and minced garlic in slow cooker.
  • Cover, cook on low setting 8-10 hours.
  • Drain and discard juices from slow cooker. Take meat out first, wipe edge of cooker clean and put meat back in.
  • In measuring cup, combine barbecue sauce (reduced sugar if available) and jam. Mix well.
  • Pour or spoon mixture over ribs, coating evenly.
  • Cover, cook on high for 25-30 minutes or until ribs are glazed. Serve sauce with ribs.
