  • 1 9" frozen pie shell
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 4 jumbo eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 4 slices ham
  • 1 cup reduced fat Mexican cheese

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  • Wisk eggs into a large mixing bowl, add salsa, cheese, milk, onions and ham. Mix all ingredients.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
  • Cool for 15 minutes.
