- 1/2 lb couscous
- 1 lb shrimp, frozen
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
Directions
- Prepare couscous according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan on medium heat. Add shrimp and garlic and cook until tender.
- Once couscous is done (about 5 minutes) fluff with a fork and put on a platter.
- Top with garlic shrimp.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve.
