Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced yellow squash, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped green peppers
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups black beans
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp chili powder

Directions

  • Sauté turkey in a pot.
  • Add all remaining ingredients.
  • Cook for 1 or more hours until vegetables are done or longer for more flavor.
  • Note: add any vegetables you like and it also freezes well.
