Ingredients

  • 16 oz green salsa
  • 1 1/2 tsps cumin
  • 14 1/2 oz reduced sodium chicken broth
  • 32 oz great northern beans
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 lb ground turkey

Directions

  • Brown turkey and onions in olive oil until cooked through. Drain and return to pot.
  • Add cumin, beans (undrained), salsa, and broth.
  • Simmer 15 minutes.
  • Serve with a bit of low fat cheddar cheese and/or lite sour cream.
