Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lbs ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup whole grain oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup fat free milk
  • 1/4 cup egg beaters
  • 0.12 cup ketchup
  • 4 oz tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 small onion

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Spray 8x8" baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Cut 3 slices off the onion and set aside. Chop the remaining onion.
  • In a small bowl mix oats and milk and let stand 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl add turkey, oats and milk mixture, chopped onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, egg beaters and mix.
  • Spread evenly in the coated baking dish and top with tomato sauce the top with sliced onion.
  • Bake uncovered for an hour or untill 160 °F.
