Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper

Directions

  • Mix seasoning with the ground meat.
  • Form into a loaf; it should feel firm enough to hold together.
  • Spray a loaf pan with butter flavored cooking spray.
  • Add the meat loaf and sprinkle with additional garlic and pepper.
  • Cover pan with foil and place in a 350 °F (175 °C) oven for 20 minutes.
  • Check meat, uncover and cook to 160 °F (70 °C).
  • Allow to cool slightly then slice half inch slices.
  • Note: four slices are good for dinner, the rest for lunch another day.
