- 1/2 medium sweet italian red onion
- 1 cup canned black beans
- 1 3/4 cups whole green beans (canned)
- 1 3/4 cups garbanzo beans
- 1 3/4 cups dark red kidney beans
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
Directions
- Drain the beans. Slice the onion and peppers.
- Mix everything in a bowl.
