Ingredients
- 200 g yogurt, lowfat
- 2 limes yield lime juice
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash ground black pepper
- 1 head medium white cabbage, shredded
- 1 medium red pepper, strips
- 1 large yellow pepper, strips
- 1 medium orange pepper, strips
- 8 medium spring onions, chopped
- 4 sprigs coriander, chopped
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, lime juice, cayenne, cumin and garlic.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Mix the cabbage, red, yellow and orange peppers, coriander and spring onion into the yogurt dressing.
- Serve.
