  • 200 g yogurt, lowfat
  • 2 limes yield lime juice
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash ground black pepper
  • 1 head medium white cabbage, shredded
  • 1 medium red pepper, strips
  • 1 large yellow pepper, strips
  • 1 medium orange pepper, strips
  • 8 medium spring onions, chopped
  • 4 sprigs coriander, chopped

Directions

  • In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, lime juice, cayenne, cumin and garlic.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Mix the cabbage, red, yellow and orange peppers, coriander and spring onion into the yogurt dressing.
  • Serve.
