  • 8 oz low fat whipped topping
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple in juice
  • 1 package 4 servings butterscotch sugar free instant pudding
  • 4 medium apple, chopped

Directions

  • Mix pudding mix and can of crushed pineapple together. Make sure not to drain the juice which is in place of the milk.
  • Mix in apples.
  • Fold in whipped topping, like Cool Whip. It should be a creamy texture not fluffy.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Serving size is 1 cup.
