- 1/2 cup chopped red onions
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 6 italian castelvetrano pitted green olives
- 9 banana pepper rings
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup romaine lettuce
Directions
- Wash and chop vegetables. Place in a bowl.
- Add feta cheese.
- Toss together.
