Ingredients
- 16 oz whole wheat rotini
- 1 medium whole tomato, chopped
- 1 medium red pepper, chopped
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 3 oz black olives, sliced (1/2 can)
- 3 oz green olives, sliced (1/2 jar)
- 3 oz turkey pepperoni
- 2 1/2 oz cheddar cheese, reduced fat (1/2 cup)
- 6 oz italian dressing, lite
Directions
- Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain and run cold water over.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Chill before serving.
