- 2 1/2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 1/2 cups chopped green cabbage
- 1 cup roasted cashews with sea salt
- 2 tbsps honey
- 1/2 cup tahini sauce
- 2 tbsps organic apple cider vinegar
- 1 dash salt
Directions
- Blanch broccoli for 2 minutes and let cool.
- Finely chop cabbage, cashews, and broccoli.
- Mix tahini, apple cider vinegar, salt, and honey with 1/4 cup warm water to make dressing.
- Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and stir.
