  • 2 cups chopped red cabbage
  • 9 medium radishes
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions
  • 1 small head romaine

Directions

  • Wash iceberg and romaine, dry with paper towels. Wash and chop red cabbage, radishes and scallions.
  • Place in large covered container.
  • Store in refrigerator.
