  • 1 head cos lettuce
  • 15 cherries tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 small green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 small red pepper cut into strips
  • 1 small red onion, cut into rings
  • 15 small black olives
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 dash salt, to taste
  • 1 dash pepper, to taste
  • 100 g feta cheese

Directions

  • Place all salad ingredients into a bowl and crumble over feta cheese.
  • Whisk dressing ingredients together and pour over salad.
