Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sesame tahini
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tsps curry powder
  • 1/2 oz coriander
  • 2 tsps sea salt
  • 2 tsps turmeric
  • 2 tsps cumin
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  • Add tahini, olive oil, water, and vinegar to the blender cup of an immersion blender.
  • Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth.
  • Store in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
