- 1/2 cup parsley
- 30 super colossal olives
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp leaves oregano
- 1/2 fl oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, mix well and let sit for an hour.
- Serve on top of seared tuna for the best flavor!
