Ingredients
- 1/2 cup half and half cream, fat free
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash black pepper
Directions
- Heat cream in a small saucepan until in begins to boil.
- Add parmesan cheese to cream and continue to stir until it's melted.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Note: this tastes great with my Egg Crepes and Ground Beef Filling.
