  • 1 cup shelled edamame, cooked
  • 8 oz silken tofu, drained
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsps cumin

Directions

  • Blend ingredients together in a food processor for about two minutes, until smooth.
  • Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, to taste.
  • Garnish with a few extra edamame and cumin.
