Great reduction sauce with balsamic vinegar, dried cherries, honey and brown mustard.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps dried cherries
  • 2 tsps brown mustard
  • 5 tbsps balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Heat in pan and reduce, add water.
  • Boil, lower heat and remove from heat, blend, return to heat, reduce further.
  • Use to drizzle over meats, like pork and chicken.
