- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
Directions
- Put olive oil into small shallow bowl.
- Add finely chopped cilantro, pressed garlic, and red chili flakes. Add lime juice and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- Dip meat and evenly coat in the oil/seasoning mixture.
- Grill or broil coated meat to liking.
