Ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 4 wedges yield lime juice
- 1/2 cup chopped or sliced tomatoes
- 4 oz olives, sliced
- 1/4 medium cucumber, sliced
- 0.12 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 oz red onion, sliced
Directions
- Mix the lime with olive oil, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Toss all the other ingredients in a salad bowl.
- Add dressing and toss.
