Ingredients

  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 15 1/2 oz garbanzo beans
  • 2 tbsps chicken seasoning
  • 8 oz tomato sauce, low sodium
  • 1 cup frozen broccoli

Directions

  • Warm a medium sized pan to medium high heat. Spray with cooking spray.
  • Add frozen broccoli and seasoning.
  • When heated almost through add garbanzo beans, tomato sauce and cooked brown rice.
  • Heat all the way through.
