Ingredients
- 12 oz spinach
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsps butter
- 1/2 cup whipped heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup pieces or slices mushrooms
Directions
- Sauté onions and mushrooms in butter.
- Thaw spinach in microwave and drain.
- Add spinach to onions and mushrooms.
- Add cream cheese, whipping cream and monterey jack cheese. Blend well.
- Heat until all cheese is melted and dish is hot.
