  • 1 tsp chili powder

Directions

  • Wash and peel jicama.
  • Use a mandolin slicer with a julienne blade to cut up jicama and place in a bowl.
  • Squeeze juice from half a lime and add chili powder
  • Toss and serve. (Add a pinch of salt if preferred).
