  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 3/4 cup slices squash
  • 1/2 tsp ground basil
  • 1 tsp ground oregano
  • 2 tsps balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup pieces or slices mushrooms
  • 3/4 cup chopped zucchini
  • 2 small whole roma tomato
  • 2 fl oz water

Directions

  • Cut vegetables into small bite size pieces.
  • Spray pan with cooking spray like Pam. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds or so.
  • Add vegetables, water and balsamic vinegar and cover pan with lid and steam for 5-10 minutes until done.
