Ingredients
- 2 packages frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups crushed cheese crackers
Directions
- Mix all ingredients, except crackers, well. Place in shallow baking dish.
- Top with crushed cheese crackers. Drizzle butter on top.
- Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 30 minutes or until brown.
