Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 medium young green onion
  • 1 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp bacon bits
  • 1 tbsp sour cream

Directions

  • Break cauliflower into pieces. Bring to boil in pan with water. Simmer 10 minutes. Drain.
  • Place all ingredients, except onion and bacon bits, in food processor. Mix until smooth.
  • Stir in bacon bits and onion. Place in ramekin and bake about 15 minutes.
