Ingredients
- 4 cups flowerets broccoli
- 1/2 medium red bell pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
- Wash and dry broccoli, cut pepper and garlic.
- Melt coconut oil.
- Place all on roasting pan, pour oil over, salt and pepper to taste, mix and roast 425 °F (220 °C) oven for 25 minutes.
