  • 5 oz shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Spoon into 6 large flat crackers. You can make smaller if you wish.
  • Bake at 325 °F (165 °C) for 20 minutes.
