These low carb crackers are amazing in that it's just seeds, water and spices.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 8 fl oz water

Directions

  • Mix together the 4 seeds in a bowl.
  • Mix together water, garlic, onion powder, salt and other herbs and spices to taste.
  • Pour water mixture into seed mixture. Stir until thick.
  • Spread mixture on a baking sheet with back of spoon to 1/4" thick.
  • Bake at 325 °F (165 °C) for 30 minutes. Remove and slice into crackers. Flip crackers with a spatula and bake for another 25-30 minutes. Watch carefully so they don't burn. Bottoms will be golden brown.
  • Allow to cool completely on baking sheet. Enjoy.
