  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 oz flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsps cinnamon
  • 2 tsps vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats

Directions

  • In food processor combine all ingredients, pulsing until well mixed, stirring between pulses.
  • Press mixture into 8 x 8 inch pan.
  • Freeze until firm, approximately 1 hour.
  • Cut into 16 bars.
  • Note: can be stored in freezer either wrapped individually or together.
