Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole almonds
- 1/2 cup pecan halves
- 3/4 cup dry roasted & salted sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsps chia seeds
- 2/3 cup dried tart cherries
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 tbsps almond butter
- 6 pitted dates
- 6 tbsps raw shelled hemp seeds
- 2 oz raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup oats
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients together.
- In a saucepan melt coconut oil, add almond butter, and honey. Stir together and pour over dry ingredients. Mix well.
- Grease an approximately 8x10" pan and press your mixture into the pan. Keep refrigerated.
