  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 3 tbsps peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsps vanilla
  • 3 tbsps chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar

Directions

  • Combine chickpeas, peanut butter, vanilla, and agave nectar in a food processor and mix until it's well blended into a puree.
  • Remove cookie dough mixture from blender, and place in bowl.
  • Add chocolate chips, and mix well.
  • Enjoy chilled with sliced apples or even with a spoon.
  • Note: you can also sub any nut butter for peanut butter.
