Ingredients

  • 15 1/2 oz chickpeas
  • 2 tbsps garlic flavored light olive oil
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 clove garlic

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 450 °F (225 °C).
  • Chop or mince garlic clove. Rinse and drain canned chickpeas.
  • Mix chickpeas, minced garlic, olive oil and salt (seasoned to taste) together in shallow baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  • After 20 minutes, remove from oven and allow to cool. Eat at room temperature.
