  • 1/2 cup dry old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup sugar free dark chocolate baking chips
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seed
  • 2 tbsps peanut butter
  • 29 ml pure almond milk - unsweetened original

Directions

  • Place chocolate chips, peanut butter, and almond milk in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until melted.
  • Stir in flax seed and oats until combined. Remove from heat.
  • Spoon into equal sized balls and place on a parchment. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
