- 1/2 cup dry old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup sugar free dark chocolate baking chips
- 1/4 cup ground flax seed
- 2 tbsps peanut butter
- 29 ml pure almond milk - unsweetened original
Directions
- Place chocolate chips, peanut butter, and almond milk in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until melted.
- Stir in flax seed and oats until combined. Remove from heat.
- Spoon into equal sized balls and place on a parchment. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
