  • 2 cups pitted prunes
  • 3/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup flaked coconut

Directions

  • Chop prunes and walnuts.
  • In a bowl incorporate, the nuts with the prunes until it all forms a nice ball.
  • Place the ball in plastic wrap and roll into a 1" rope.
  • Break off pieces with hands and create small balls.
  • Roll in coconut, place on wax paper and refrigerate.
