- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 56 oz diced tomatoes
- 28 oz ranch style beans
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 3 tbsps chili powder
- 2 tsps cumin
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 28 oz crushed tomatoes
Directions
- Brown ground beef in large Dutch oven.
- Place all ingredients into the Dutch oven.
- Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
