- 14 oz kimchee
- 3 breasts, bone and skin removed chicken
- 1 cup straw mushrooms
- 2 tsps ginger root
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 4 cups chicken broth
Directions
- Combine kimchee, chicken broth, ginger root and chicken and bring to a boil for about 10 minutes until chicken is done.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Simmer for another 10 minutes. Enjoy.
