Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 16 oz red kidney beans
  • 1 1/2 cups canned black beans
  • 1 3/4 cups canned chili beans
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 29 oz tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 1/2 tsps chili powder
  • 1 3/4 cups canned diced tomatoes

Directions

  • Brown ground beef.
  • Chop onion into desired size.
  • Add all ingredients in a large pot.
  • Bring pot to a boil, then simmer for 25-30 minutes or until beans are soft.
  • Serve, top with low fat sour cream if desired.
