- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 lb ground beef
- 16 oz red kidney beans
- 1 1/2 cups canned black beans
- 1 3/4 cups canned chili beans
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 29 oz tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 1/2 tsps chili powder
- 1 3/4 cups canned diced tomatoes
Directions
- Brown ground beef.
- Chop onion into desired size.
- Add all ingredients in a large pot.
- Bring pot to a boil, then simmer for 25-30 minutes or until beans are soft.
- Serve, top with low fat sour cream if desired.
