Great alternative to beef chili using white beans.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp leaves oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 large pieces chicken
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup green chiles
- 2 cups white kidney beans
Directions
- Cook chicken and onions together.
- Stir in broth, chiles, spices and boil.
- Reduce to low heat and simmer 15 minutes.
- Stir in beans, simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
- Top with cheese (if desired) and green onions; you may also serve on tortillas taco style.
